Place an order
Your order is a request made via Panier Québec to purchase the product (s) and services listed in your order and made to a third party (merchants). When you place an order to purchase a product and / or a service via Panier Québec, we send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order as well as an order number (hereinafter the “Order confirmation”).
Receipt of the Order Confirmation only confirms that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of your order from Panier Québec or confirmation by Panier Québec of your purchase request. An order in no time binds Panier Québec to your purchases. Panier Québec is a platform that allows Customers to do business with Merchants.
Panier Québec must receive payment before accepting an order and transferring it to third parties. Payment for the product (s) ordered is due before shipment by third parties. Once payment has been received and the order has been accepted, Panier Québec will send you an invoice and a contract will be established between the third parties and you.
Panier Québec may, at its sole discretion, at any time after receiving your order, accept or refuse your order for any reason whatsoever. In addition, Panier Québec may, at its sole discretion, cancel your order. Third parties may limit the quantity ordered. If your order is refused, canceled or limited, third parties will notify you by appropriate means and you will not be charged. If, however, your order is limited or canceled after your credit card has been debited for the purchase, Panier Québec will issue a credit corresponding to the amount of the debit on the account associated with your credit card.
We may process payment for parts of your order separately.
You agree to receive sales invoices electronically. Electronic invoices will be available in PDF format in the “your account” area of the site.
Orders on the Marketplace
For the order of an item listed on the site as “Sold and Shipped by” a third-party merchant via the Panier Québec Marketplace platform (“Marketplace Seller”) and not as “Sold and Shipped by Panier Québec” ( “Marketplace Article”), Panier Québec is only the platform through which the merchant (official seller) is responsible for the order and its processing which is described in the “Place an order” section above and a contract is established between the merchant and you.
However, although Panier Québec is the transaction platform, it is the Marketplace Merchant, and not Panier Québec, who is solely responsible for the execution and delivery of the order.
Please note that Marketplace Merchants may have terms of sale that differ from those of Panier Quebec; therefore, for orders of Marketplace Items, please consult the Marketplace Merchants’ terms of sale for any other conditions that may apply to ordering such items. In the event of any contradiction between the conditions of sale displayed by the Marketplace Merchant and these Conditions, the conditions of sale of the Marketplace Sellers shall prevail.
Pending Orders are not available for Marketplace Items.
To place an order via Panier Québec, you must provide us with your name, delivery address, billing address, telephone number and payment information, such as your credit card number, billing address, the expiration date and security code of the credit card. You declare and guarantee to Panier Québec that the information relating to the credit card or any other payment method that you provide to it is accurate and complete; and that you are authorized to use that credit card or payment method for the purchase.
Payment terms are at our sole discretion and we must receive payment before accepting an order. At the moment, the method of payment is by credit card.

These charges are paid to the original carrier for the services provided and will not be reimbursed to you, even for a reimbursement related to your order.
Some of the products may be shipped from local suppliers. These vendors may charge additional amounts and fees for these products, in which case merchants will be able to view these charges through the handling charges shown on your invoice. The amount of these additional fees charged by local suppliers depends on many factors, including the delivery destination, the type of item purchased and the location of the local suppliers’ facilities.
Under no circumstances will Panier Québec be responsible for delays in delivery and associated damage, due to any events, including, without limitation, cases of force majeure, acts of public enemies, acts of federal authorities, state or local, fires, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts and embargoes.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software manufacturer. You agree to be bound by any software license agreement after opening the packaging.
All items shipped are subject to the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and the Quebec sales tax (QST) of 9.975%.

When you purchase an item on the Marketplace from a Marketplace Merchant, the Marketplace Merchant is responsible for shipping the item. Since Panier Québec does not guarantee the processing times of the Articles on the platform, in general, Marketplace merchants must process orders between 1 to 2 working days following the verification of the order.

You can cancel your order for a product free of charge, at any time, before the order has been processed and shipped (that is, before an invoice is sent to you), provided that the merchant has sufficient time to cancel the order.
Nothing in this section limits your rights to cancel an order under any law.
